-Exercises focused on improving speed, agility, coordination, reflexes, and strength. Class lasts 45 minutes.
Monday at 7:00 pm-->Kickboxing
Tuesday at 5:30 pm-->Bi's, Tri's and Back Circuit Express
-30 minutes of a personally-paced series of upper body exercises to motivating music
Tuesday/Thursday at 6:30 am--> Yoga with Katy
-30 minutes of stretching, relaxing, and breathin- focused on Sun Salutations
Friday at 7 pm-->Line Dancing (any age is invited)
Friday at 9:45 am-->Water Walking at Hillsboro Family Aquatic Center
-30 minutes of water walking using water weights, noodles, and body weight
