21-Day Challenge
Next Challenge will begin January 2012. We are going to start this year off right...by detoxing all of the sugars/toxins we ingested during the holiday season and increasing energy levels!
To answer many of your questions: this challenge can be done anywhere, at any time, with little equipment, cost, and time. I will email you workouts with pictures and descriptions of your weekly workouts, you will then complete the workout on your own and comment on that day's blog post at www.21dayswwchallenge.wordpress.com. This is where all the information will be posted. You can encourage one another, ask questions, swap recipes, etc. I will also be checking in often to help encourage you all. This is where you will also receive your nutrition rules for each week. Like I mentioned above, the rules will be focused on improving energy. Experts say it takes 21 days to make or break a habit, so that is our goal make some new habits and break old ones that are detrimental to our health and well-being. So with that said, what do you say? Are you in?
