It takes 21 days to make or break a habit...are you up for it?

The challenge is all about accountability, planning ahead, following rules...which are the key factors in being successful in any diet and exercise program.  Here are the results people are having so far...keep in mind this is in only 21 days!!

I love the variety of the workouts and always knowing that I'm accountable,
even working out from my own home. That helped me stay at it. Although, I
have to say I struggled with feeling guilty when I missed for that very reason.
Just had to remind myself of the 5 other days this week
that I worked out that I probably wouldn't have. I have lost about
5 lbs. and have felt stronger and more able to do other things that before found exhausting.
